Tell Daddy We are All Happy Under British Rule
These nineteen drawings, entitled "Tell Daddy We are All Happy Under British Rule," were inspired by a found book, Life's "Britain," published in 1967, which takes a cursory look at life in Great Britain. Using the chapter and subchapter titles from the book as captions for the drawings, I have reworked images both from the book and from my English sketchbooks to create my own vision and version of life in Great Britain.
